Sparrowhawks 

Sparrowhawks are fast, agile hunters. It took me three years of patiently watching before I was able to get a camera on this nest. There are four chicks in this nest – quite a squeeze now that they have grown so much. At this stage, their flight feathers are beginning to come through, replacing their soft chick-down.  And they are voracious. Watch them devour this blackbird. It won’t be long before they can feed themselves..
